IDLES are without a doubt the most exciting band we’ve witnessed in the past few years. Redefining the themes of toxic masculinity, immigration and the class divide; their latest record, Joy As An Act Of Resistance has infiltrated the charts with perhaps the most honest voice we’ll see in a long time.

Frontman Joe Talbot told us we haven’t sat back and basked in the glory of what we have achieved” and this is clear in their live performances. A sweaty, sold-out Stylus greeted the Bristol band with open arms and Idles repaid the audience with a sensational display of passion, power and precision.

Iona-Skye Wood captured the wild antics for Loose Cardigan of Ideas and her full photo gallery is available below. Relive what is sure to be a gig to look back on in years to come as one of the highlights of the decade.
