Pond have announced a string of European dates for this summer including a handful of UK appearances. The Perth psych four-piece will be touring to accompany the release of new album The Weather, which will be out on the 5th of May. As with their previous record Man, It Feels Like Space Again – The Weather was produced by Tame Impala frontman and former member of Pond, Kevin Parker.
Their European venture across the month of June will take them to both Barcelona and Porto for Primavera Sound Festival and NOS Primavera Sound. Then, the following week Pond make 5 UK appearances starting in Brighton and then ending in Bristol, visiting London, Leeds, Glasgow and Manchester along the way.
Prior to the release of The Weather, Pond have already served up two offerings of the new record in the shape of Sweep Me Off My Feet and 3000 Megatons, which we said in our preview for the Record provide a glistening, vibrant, psychedelic insight into what we can expect in May.
Tickets for Primavera Sound Festival and NOS Primavera Sound are available now, while tickets for their UK Tour go on sale tomorrow morning at 9am via their website here.
The Weather is released 5th May via Marathon Artists and available to pre-order now.
