THE LAST SHADOW PUPPETS have released a second single from Everything You’ve Come To Expect

THE LAST SHADOW PUPPETS have gave fans another reason to be excited about their second album.

Dropped this morning, title track Everything You’ve Come To Expect appeared on YouTube with a video of Miles Kane and Alex Turner buried in sand.

When TLSP brought first single Bad Habits  out, it was heavily criticised for being too different. If that was not to your taste, EYCTE is even weirder.

Starting with a creepy progression and high pitched vocals, EYCTE has hints of Tame Impala and Sgt. Peppers combined.

Naturally full of swagger and soothing Turner/Kane vocals, the track’s video of the beach beautifully captures the mellow nature of the second single.

“I just can’t get the thought of you and him out of my head” whistles through the sandy shores as a dancer goes to and from Kane and Turner before disappearing – leaving the pair still buried and lashed with waves.

The sound that Bad Habits and EYCTE are so different from The Age Of The Understatement that the album could go in any direction. I am personally so excited for it.

Everything You’ve Come To Expect is out 1st April. Order here.
