Sheffield alt-rockers Trash and Hartlepool’s Plaza have announced a tour to play five dates in March. Cities that will be frequented will be Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds.

Plaza recently played a hometown show on Boxing Day to a packed out crowd at The Studio in Hartlepool. Since then they have been teasing fans on social media with posts showing them rehearsing.In November, the Hartlepool band supported Jaws and have also played with the likes of Campfires and Quadrilles over the past few months.

Trash released Urban Glow EP in 2015 featuring dreamy tracks such as 4 Miles and Drift. This EP was released on Clue Records – a label that is also home to Narcs and Allusondrugs.They are a fun loving band – recently recording their night out visiting a karaoke band. You can expect giddiness and excitement at the March shows. Trash’s 4 Miles made the list of #Top50TracksOf2015 by BBC Introducing Sheffield.

Both bands are fairly ‘fresh’ and you should get down to an intimate venue to see just how special they are. Tickets range from £3 to £6 so there are no excuses not to go!
